Meet Luna, a gentle moon companion who guides children through simple practices for calm, courage, connection, rest, movement, gratitude, and emotional awareness.
Each card includes a short Try invitation and a simple Notice reflection, making the deck easy to use at home, before bed, during transitions, in a calm corner, or anytime a child needs a little support.
The Luna deck was designed for children ages 5–11 and the grown-ups who support them. There are no perfect answers and no pressure to talk. Children can answer aloud, point, draw, move, or simply notice quietly.
